According to the signing content, the Provincial Farmers' Association and Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company will support each other in providing information: markets, tastes of domestic and foreign customers; products and services of local individuals, organizations and enterprises; product quality, production process, planting area code; distribution channels, consumption of goods...

At the same time, coordinate to organize trade promotion events, seminars and training on e-commerce for individuals, organizations and businesses in the locality. Support and guide the order, procedures, methods, training and provision of sales personnel on the e-commerce platform for individuals, organizations and businesses. Providing preferential policies in using sales services on e-commerce channels for individuals, organizations and businesses.

Build a system to connect the agricultural e-commerce site of the Soc Trang Farmers Association to the B2B agricultural product e-commerce platform system and build an online market system for the provincial level with 1 account; district, town and city level 11 accounts. Guide members, business households, cooperatives, and farmer enterprises to put products on the floor and connect domestic and export consumption enterprises. Make a list of members, business households, cooperatives and enterprises registering to open e-commerce accounts of each commune (allocated according to the target of 5,000 accounts/109 communes, wards and townships).

The purpose of the signing is to strengthen the communication and promotion of agricultural products of the province, thereby, connecting trade promotion to improve the value of products, especially OCOP products; promote the development and expansion of domestic consumption and export of agricultural products of the province through e-commerce channels.
