In 2023, in the context of general economic difficulties due to the effects of climate change and epidemics, animal feed prices increase, while the selling prices of some products are low, causing difficulties for people. During the year, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector reached VND 17,513 billion, an increase of 10.25%, contributing 3.21 percentage points to the province's GRDP growth, 1.04% higher than the previous year. With a record high growth rate and leading the country, Binh Phuoc's agricultural industry has broken through and contributed to the province's GRDP exceeding that of industry and construction.

In the general development picture of the agricultural industry, the farming sector has a production value increase of 3.5% compared to 2022. Currently, the whole province has 424,754 hectares of agricultural land; Among them, rubber and cashew trees rank first in the country.
