With the goal and orientation to connect and cooperate with HND in provinces and cities across the country, in 2024, Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company has signed many cooperation programs with HND of more than 20 provinces and cities in the region from the Southeast to the Southwest and received great support from these units in terms of policy and specific implementation to Council officials, and at the same time, it will spread to farmer members to concretize the values that the e-commerce floor brings.

Mr. Le Thanh Hung - Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee: In order to increase product value and improve competitiveness, the Provincial People's Committee is aiming to build an image and brand for local agricultural products, meeting the needs of domestic consumption and export. To achieve this goal, the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province has coordinated with Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company to implement a training plan for collaborators of the B2B Agricultural E-commerce Platform (Felix.store). The program aims to equip knowledge for association officials at all levels, farmer members, members of cooperative groups, cooperatives and enterprises. These collaborators will support accelerating sales on the e-commerce platform, according to the emulation covenant of the Association's work and the farmer movement in 2025.

Mr. Le Van Hung - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Long An province: The Farmers' Association of Long An province and Felix Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company agreed to strengthen exchanges and close cooperation in the field of e-commerce; training in sales methods for farmers, cooperatives and enterprises; creating sales channels on e-commerce platforms; support the provision of market information and agricultural products; build e-commerce channels and farmers' markets for localities in the province. The signing of the memorandum of understanding contributes to creating conditions for farmers, cooperatives and cooperative groups to put agricultural products on the e-commerce floor. Thereby, promoting the connection of trade and consumption of domestic and foreign products, helping farmers have a stable output and improve their lives.

As of December 2024, the Felix.store e-commerce floor has more than 100,000 actual transaction accounts with over 12,000 products being bought and sold online on the e-commerce app. In addition, the number of visits on the floor also reached an average of over 40,000 with an average transaction value of 80 billion VND/month (the average value of each order reached 10,600 VND/order).
